All images are produced using vintage items, often antique ephemera from my private collection. They are embellished with commercial use Photoshop brushes and commercial use fonts. I make checks to ensure that any brushes I use are designed for commercial use.

Any designs purchased through Kathleen & The Dreaded Opium are unique and will not be duplicated for another customer. Custom designs remain unique for each client. OOAK designs are exactly that, one of a kind. Limited Edition designs are in editions of five and only five of each design will ever be available. I retain the right to promote Kathleen & The Dreaded Opium using any final designs in my portfolio of work. If the customer has provided any part of the design they will be credited accordingly.

A purchase and subsequent consultation with a customer will remain private and confidential between the two parties.

Payment is due in full before any design work begins.

If you wish to cancel a project you must do so within five days in order to obtain a refund. Refunds will not be administered after five days from the receipt of payment.

I make all reasonable efforts to ensure that there are no mistakes in final custom designs. By purchasing a custom design from me the customer agrees to check the final design for errors, I am not liable or responsible for errors after the final design has been accepted by the customer.

My designs appear "as is". If you purchase one of my pre-made designs you are in agreement with this.
