I offer freelance writing and design services seperately and as a bundle depending on what you require.
I also offer templates and custom design services for Blogger, Wordpress, Shoppepro , Pappashop and Mia Shops only. You must make sure you have hosting secured at one of these places if you are here for design products. What is your freelance writing rate? TOP

No. Because of the nature of the services on offer I do not offer refunds. I am very happy to answer questions via email and please see my Guest Book for testimonials.
What if I am unhappy with a first draft custom design? TOP
Custom designs purchased through Kathleen & The Dreaded Opium are subject to a maximum of four revisions if for any reason anything needs to be changed. What is included in my OOAK design purchase? TOP
You will receive the code for your template plus an image file with all the images that create your template. This will be emailed in a zip file.
Zip files can be unzipped very quickly using software such as Winzip or Winrar. If however you need help with this I can send a html file and seperate images by email.
The only image that you can add to is the header image where the title of your site can be added using anything from a simple Paint programme (installed on most computers anyway), or an advanced editor such as Photoshop. Please do not change any of the other images.
The images must be hosted on your own image servers as soon as possible - I will only host them for a month after the sale! You will find the urls linking to the images on my host in the template file. Host the images included in your purchase on an image host such as Photobucket and change the url links in the template accordingly.
I realise that not everyone knows how to do what I have just described - if you are one of these people don't panic, I am happy to answer questions by email and if you require complete blog installation you can add this to your cart for £5.00 - see the store.

Each custom design in the catalog explains exactly what you get in each case. As an example, if you were purchasing a custom blog design you would receive a consultation by email, custom template code and all the custom images needed for the blog including up to ten customized buttons.
