Last year one of my Hoppings photos was used in the Newcastle Schmap Guide – the Hoppings is a massive travelling fairground – in Newcastle-upon-Tyne all this week.

For all you local readers here in North East UK – don’t miss this Saturday’s (6th March), Make & Mend Market in Grainger Arcade, Nun St, Newcastle.

There will be around 18 stalls offering handmade jewellery, fashion, art, homewares and food as well as some second hand and vintage stalls. It is also Make & Mend’s second birthday event on 28th March in Star and Shadow Cinema, Ouseburn, Newcastle, UK.
