“I work and live Newcastle as a Graphic Designer & Graphic Artist. I’ve been digitally creative for the past 6 years and I have found creating vector based illustrations the perfect outlet for my creativity as an individual and It was only natural for me progress into digital Illustration through my work. I have exhibited my artwork throughout the Northeast in various galleries, shows and local businesses; I’m also a represented artist in Paris where my work is exhibited on canvas in and around Paris. I have also worked closely with an Art company in Germany where I created new work for wall murals, deco stickers and canvas pieces to be sold in large department stores.

My work consists of a very traditional theme but created in a very modern medium. I love to illustrate portraits; I find that this theme can create for the viewers an emotional reaction depending on what emotion I create within the pieces. I always just create one off’s but I created a special black and white series of prorates for my 1^st solo exhibition and these were and still are extremely popular with galleries. I have also created a series of shoe illustrations based on how shoes you can tell a lot about a person from what shoes they wear. These were created as a filler piece for an exhibition and they were so popular that I made them into a large series consisting of 12 pieces. I have also created a few pieces based on tattoos, I created my first tattoo portrait back in 07 and it was a massive success so I created a few more pieces. These always get a big reception with gallery goers, people seem to be fascinated with the art of tattoos and always make for a good talking point.

I can’t really explain my work because the pieces I create don’t really have meaning behind them I just have the inspiration to create something beautiful.”
